If you are a student; father to be; mother with a job outside the home; an expecting mom, a family in full swing with activities or just someone who likes to eat great food without the fuss.....  you will love this event.

Let's get a jump on dinnertime together!!

 As a homeschooling mother of 6 and a certified birth and postpartum doula; I have definitely experienced days in which I really did not want to hear that dreaded question once more...  "Mom, what is for dinner?" Well, now I stay one step ahead of everyone and their empty, grumbling, impatient tummies. My freezer is full of frozen, healthy, inexpensive entrees that I defrost in the morning (just enough to remove from the Ziploc freezer bag) and place in my crock pot or cook in my oven*.

*Most meals cooked in the oven are ready in an hour or less.

  When you attend this event, you'll spend 30-45 minutes preparing 7 or 10 entrees for your family. I provide everything that is needed to prepare the entree except the suggested meat. (Occasionally you may need to add  additional ingredients besides the meat. If the recipe requires this, the item will be listed along with the suggested meats.) Once you check in, you will visit your selected station to create your chosen entrees. Cooking directions will be listed on the bag along with suggested side items to complete your meal.  No/low salt options are available. 

Ready to have a inexpensive, sit-down meal every night with your family, without the stress? It does not get much easier!

Once you have assembled your entrees you may leave or stay and socialize with the other attendees. In the future, you will also be able to learn about another service, product, or business that is owned by local families!

 Large meals will feed (6-8)             Small meals will feed (3-4)

Pick 7 meals = $30                         Pick 7 meals = $15
...Any 10 meals = $40                     …Any 10 meals = $20



In order to complete the entrees, you will need to provide the items listed in the parentheses


Sticky Chicken

(lg-6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breast/ Sm 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breast)


Chipotle Fajitas

(lg-1 ½ lb beef or chicken/sm- ¾ beef or chicken)


Western Meal

(lg-2lb browned hamburger or turkey & 15oz can of chili beans/sm- 1lb browned hamburger or turkey & 7oz can of chili beans)


Easy Garlic Drumsticks

(lg-12-14 drumstick/ Sm 6-8 drumsticks)


Teriyaki Beef

 (lg- 2lb Beef  Brisket or Roast/sm-1 lb Beef Brisket or Roast)


BBQ Pork Sandwiches

(lg- 3lb pork shoulder roast/sm-1 ½ lb pork shoulder roast) * serve on Kaiser rolls


Cheesy Roasted Chicken

(lg-3lb boneless, skinless breast, or tenders /1 ½ lb boneless, skinless breast, or tenders)


Cajun Pork Chops

(Lg- 6-8 pork chops/Sm- 3-4 pork chops)


Brats with Sauerkraut

(lg 8-10 uncooked bratwurst & 2 med apples/sm 4-5 uncooked bratwurst & 1 med apple)*serve on brat buns)


Fiesta Tortilla Tilapia -

(lg- 6-8 fillets/ 3-4 fillets)




*If your family doesn’t like one of the chosen entrees, please feel free to choose 2 or more of a different meal.

* Please note- whenever possible the ingredients used to create your entrees are made from scratch. ex. soups, dressings, etc.
